Kenmore City Council to discuss Kenmore Village lease with Urban Partners
Urban Partners and Kenmore Village are on the city council meeting agenda for Monday, May 17th. The council will be discussing a potential “ground lease” to Urban Partners of Kenmore Village until the property is redeveloped. Urban Partners would take over the management and maintenance of Kenmore Village if the agreement is approved.

The Town Hall meeting from 6:30-7:30 is a time for citizens to ask questions of members of the Kenmore City Council in an informal setting. It is a great way to find out “what’s going on” and to learn more about our city officials. I will be there!
